Welcome to the Salmon Valley Business & Innovation Center (SVBIC). The SVBIC is a 15,000 sq. ft. business resource center in a park-like setting with magnificent views of the Continental Divide and the Salmon Valley. The SVBIC was developed in 2003 as a means to encourage new growth and development of businesses in the Lemhi Valley while creating greater employment opportunities for residents.
The Center offers a diverse range of facilities and is designed to support non-retail, new & emerging businesses. It currently houses a 1200 sq. ft. Distance Learning Lab & Community Computer Center; Lemhi County Economic Development Offices, and 10,000 sq. ft. of business incubation lease space. It is equipped with state of the art telecommunications including high speed DSL, T1 lines & wireless internet connections. It also features prime rentable Conference/Workshop Space & Board Room, Indoor/ Outdoor Break & Kitchen Areas, Centralized Heating/ Cooling & Monitored Fire Alarm Systems.
